Vanaf november werk ik als postdoconderzoeker aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Daarom zoek ik een rustige zelfstandige woonruimte in Utrecht en omgeving, waar ik gemiddeld drie dagen per week kan verblijven. De overige tijd ben ik in België. Ik ben een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder. Ik rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. Ik zoek vooral een prettige plek waar ik tijdens mijn werkdagen comfortabel kan verblijven en rustig kan wonen.

Marcos already has a part-time job at a restaurant in the city, and Helena has retail work experience. Both of us can provide proof of income through our work contracts, and we also have family support backing us up financially, so rent won't be an issue. We're calm, quiet, and tidy people. We don't smoke and don't have pets. In our free time we enjoy relaxed, low-key activities: Marcos is into indie video games, jazz, and creative hobbies like drawing, crafts, and crochet; Helena loves reading and watching series.
