Mijn naam is Maryna en ik ben een eerstejaars internationale studente aan de Fontys Hogeschool, waar ik de opleiding ICT volg. Mijn contract bij The Social Hub Eindhoven loopt binnenkort af, dus ik ben op zoek naar een woonruimte voor minimaal drie jaar, met ingang van 1 juni. Ik heb een partner met wie ik graag zou willen samenwonen, die ook een internationale student is. Zijn naam is Vladimir Martsenko. Ik ben 18 jaar oud en mijn partner is 19. We hebben allebei borgstellers met een stabiel inkomen en alle benodigde documenten voor een langdurig verblijf in Nederland. Daarnaast zijn we actief op zoek naar een baan om ons inkomen verder te verhogen. Mijn familie zorgt voor financiële stabiliteit en ik heb een Nederlandse bankrekening, net als mijn partner. Hij krijgt ook steun van zijn familie. Inclusief al het geld dat we van onze borgstellers ontvangen, hebben we 4.000 euro per maand. We zijn allebei rustige mensen die niet van luidruchtige feestjes houden en het huis graag schoon houden. We hebben geen huisdieren, roken niet en drinken niet. We leiden een gezonde levensstijl en zijn actieve leden van de studentengemeenschap op onze universiteit. We zouden betrouwbare huurders zijn omdat we de ruimte altijd schoonhouden, anderen niet storen, betrouwbare inkomstenbronnen hebben en altijd goed bereikbaar zijn. Bij de Social Hub ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de keuken op mijn verdieping, die door 9 huurders wordt gedeeld, en ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf geen klachten ontvangen.

I am Marjane. I live in Lyon, France and I am preparing for a French/British Baccalaureate with biology and social and economic sciences as my main subjects. I want to study psychology because I’m interested in human behaviors. Later on, I want to mix psychology with cognitive sciences or move to Neuro-psychology. Psychology and biology are my main interests! Outside work I like climbing, volleyball and cycling. Climbing is very much part of our family culture, we often go on climbing holidays with my parents and my brother in the cliffs near Lyon or in the Alps. I cycle to college every day. I also play trumpet in a brass Orchestra. It’s quite fun and a good way to meet nice people. We moved to Lyon when I was 11. Before that we were living in Southampton, UK.
