My name is Matti. I am a 21 years old student from Germany and currently looking for a room or apartment in Groningen for myself. I have to move out of the apartment I have lived in for the past year because my landlords are selling the property. This summer, I am starting the second year of my Product Design studies, so I am already very familiar with the city and enjoy living here. Alongside my full-time studies, I work around 15 hours per week at a restaurant. Combined with my DUO student finance and financial support from my parents, I have a stable monthly income of approximately €1,400–€1,600. In my free time, I enjoy running, cycling, and weightlifting. I am a tidy, responsible, and easy-going person who gets along well with others. I always treat the places I live in with care and respect, and I am looking for a place where I can comfortably stay to continue my studies. I have lived in spaces that weren't mine before and I treat them better than if they were my own.
