Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Rian, ik ben 34 jaar en momenteel op zoek naar een fijne nieuwe woonplek in Utrecht. Ik heb momenteel een tijdelijk huurcontract, waardoor ik vanaf april 2026 een nieuwe plek nodig heb. Mijn maximale huurprijs is €1100 inclusief. Ik ben een sociaal en creatief persoon en ik ben bezig met een omscholing naar de gehandicaptenzorg. Daar ga ik een BBL opleiding volgen. Ik kom uit de designwereld en wil zorg en creativiteit graag combineren. Als huurster ben ik betrouwbaar en ik behandel elke woonruimte met zorg en aandacht. Ik hou van huizen inrichten en meubels opknappen. Een plek die nog wat liefde nodig heeft vind ik heel leuk! Wat ik belangrijk vind aan samenwonen in één huis is respect hebben voor elkaar en het vooral fijn hebben samen. Een huis waar alles vanzelf en organisch verloopt, zonder dat er iets verplicht voelt. Ik ben heel opgeruimd en netjes (zeker in gemeenschappelijke ruimtes) en ik hou van afwassen! Ik zing in een koor, ik sport een aantal keer in de week en ik ben trotse tante van 5 kinders.
