I’m Alessandra, a 23-year-old student from the University of Trento, Italy. I am moving to Utrecht for my Erasmus exchange at Utrecht University for the full 2026/2027 academic year so I’m looking for a home for the entire duration of my stay. Having lived independently for the past four years, I am a mature, quiet, and tidy tenant, and I can gladly provide a reference letter from my current landlord regarding my reliability. I have no pets. My stay is funded by my parents, who will act as my financial guarantors. We are prepared to provide all necessary paperwork, including proof of income, bank statements, and identification, immediately upon request. Because I am currently in Italy completing this semester's exams, I am unfortunately unavailable for an on-site viewing. However, I am fully available for a video call to introduce myself properly and conduct a remote viewing.
