Having lived in Utrecht for a year already, I've grown to love the Dutch lifestyle and how well-organized everything is, and I'm now looking for my next long-term home! Why I am a reliable tenant/roommate: Financially Secure: Rent will never be an issue. I am a recipient of the prestigious, fully-funded Utrecht Excellence Scholarship. Additionally, I have personal savings, am currently doing a paid Data Analyst internship, and will start a full-year graduation internship at Statistics Netherlands (CBS) in The Hague this September. Calm & Respectful: I am an easy-going, friendly, and calm person. I enjoy socializing and having a chat, but I also highly value quiet time and mutual respect for personal space. Clean & Tidy: I take pride in my living environment. Being neat and organized is a natural part of my day-to-day life. What I am looking for: My current rental contract in Utrecht ends this summer (with no possibility of extension), so I am looking for a long-term contract starting soon. Hoi! Ik ben Minthe en ik kom uit Zuid-Limburg. Aankomend schooljaar ga ik Bouwkunde studeren aan de HAN in Arnhem, dus ik ben op zoek naar een fijne kamer omdat de reistijd anders echt te lang wordt. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief: ik speel tennis en ga het liefst elk jaar op wintersport. Daarnaast hou ik van gezellige dingen op z’n tijd, zoals spelletjesavonden, samen eten of een filmavond. Ik kook ook graag, dus af en toe iets lekkers samen maken vind ik alleen maar leuk 🙂 Ik ben een rustig en net persoon en hou van een schoon en opgeruimd huis. Ik vind het fijn als er een goede balans is tussen je eigen ding doen en af en toe gezelligheid samen. Ik rook niet. Hallo, ik ben Daan! Ik zal binnenkort mijn bachelor Natuurkunde en Wiskunde afronden in Groningen en ben van plan om volgend jaar te beginnen aan de Master Toegepaste Wiskunde in Delft. Ik studeer Bos- en Natuurbeheer in Wageningen en mijn vriendin Merel gaat Seagriculture studeren en hieropvolgend stages lopen in Wageningen. Wij zijn creatieve types die erg houden van muziek en knutselen. Naast muziek hobbyen werken wij als verkoopmedewerkers in de Spar in Midwoud, een dorpje in Noord-Holland. Wij kunnen onze rust goed vinden in de natuur en zijn hier ook erg in geïnteresseerd, we brengen dus ook redelijk vaak onze tijd hierin door. Typische feestende studenten zijn wij niet, we drinken minimaal en roken dan ook niet. Wij zoeken dus een woonplek in regio Wageningen voor 2 studenten. Verder zijn we erg makkelijk ingesteld als het gaat om de woondetails.
