Hallo, Ik heet Gaspard en ik ben 20 jaar oud. Ik ben Frans. Ik heb een jaar gestudeerd in Ierland en in Lille, in Frankrijk. Ik ben op zoek naar een kleine studio of een kamer in een gedeelde woning. Dankzij een Nederlandse vriendin van mijn moeder heb ik voor de eerste weken een kamer bij een gastgezin gevonden, maar ik heb echt behoefte aan een eigen plek. Ik houd van een rustige omgeving, ben heel sociaal en heel open. Ik vind het heerlijk om met allerlei verschillende mensen te praten. Ik rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. Mijn aanvraag is heel serieus. Mijn ouders zullen de huur betalen en kunnen de nodige financiële garanties bieden. Ik kijk ernaar uit om u tijdens een bezichtiging te ontmoeten. Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
