Hallo, Ik ben op zoek naar een plek die ik mijn thuis kan noemen! Ik ben arts met een fulltime baan 👩‍⚕️ en in mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag boeken 📚, doe ik aan Reformer Pilates 🎀 en drink ik graag matcha 🍵. Ik breng het grootste deel van mijn tijd door op mijn werk of met sporten, en ik reis ook graag en regelmatig ✈️! Ik woon alleen, heb geen huisdieren, rook niet en ben een verantwoordelijke en nette huurder. Ik houd van een schone en rustige leefomgeving, dus u zult mij ervaren als een respectvolle en attente buur. Ik ben van plan heel goed voor de woning die ik huur te zorgen. Ik ben Bram, 23 jaar oud en woon in Utrecht. Ik heb daar ook gestudeerd, en werk nu bij Essent als software developer. Al een aantal jaar huur ik een studentenkamer, en ik zoek nu een wat grotere ruimte. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag een rondje fietsen of een boek lezen in de zon. Zowel een zelfstandige woning als een met huisgenoten lijken me leuk, ik ben vooral op zoek naar een mooie locatie. Indien gewenst kan ik een referentie van mijn huidige verhuurder aanleveren. Daarnaast heb ik een stabiel inkomen, met een intentieverklaring voor een vast contract.  Graag kom ik binnenkort langs voor een bezichtiging en kennismaking!

I'm a single male postdoc (29) looking for short-term / mid-term housing in Amsterdam as I am about to start at the UvA.

Ik ben Philine en ik ben 19 jaar (in oktober word ik 20). Ik woon woon in de buurt van Rotterdam. Komend studiejaar begin ik aan de studie Notarieel recht. Ik vind het leuk om regelmatig te koken en bakken, zoals lekkere pasta’s of kardemom buns. Daarnaast vind ik het ook leuk om thuis koffie’s te maken, maar ergens in de stad een koffie halen vind ik ook hartstikke leuk. Ik ga ook graag naar musea en vind het ook leuk om zelf creatief bezig zijn (breien of naaien). Ik ga soms ook naar concerten van bijvoorbeeld Olivia Dean en Tom Misch en luister ook graag naar Deense muziek, ook al spreek ik de taal niet haha. Op dit moment ben ik ook veel op de golfbaan te vinden, ik speel al lange tijd golf en ik vind het heerlijk om in de buitenlucht rond te lopen en mijn spel te verbeteren. Het lijkt me erg gezellig om met elkaar leuke dingen te doen, maar ik vind het ook fijn om tijd voor mezelf te hebben. Ik ben netjes en georganiseerd, heel betrouwbaar en ook wel bescheiden, maar vind het zeker belangrijk om zo nu en dan gezellige dingen te ondernemen en er voor elkaar te zijn.
