First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2250€ monthly and 26K€ annually, have >10K€ in savings, and I am very mindful of my finances.
