From September I'll be spending my exchange semester at Utrecht University, and I'm looking for a nice studio or apartment to call home during my time in the city. I've been living on my own for the past five years, so I know how to take good care of a place. I'd describe myself as quiet, clean, responsible and easy-going, and I'm always considerate of both the apartment and the neighbours. Outside of my studies I enjoy exploring new places and restaurants, cooking, and going to the gym. On the practical side: my parents fully support me and will act as guarantors, and I'm happy to provide a signed rental guarantee, so rent and deposit are well covered. Hey, Marius here! Just moved to Amsterdam a few weeks ago to work at Flying Pig Downtown and I'm looking for permanent accomodation. I've been working or volunteering in hostels for a while, so I became very welcoming and friendly. My favourite activity with my friends or guests? Playing Minecraft until late and joking around. Ever since I arrived here I realized I really like cycling around (very recreationally, you won't find me with the skinny cyclist suit yet). When it comes to how I live, I've often been complimented on how clean I keep my room (to the point where even my mom was proud, big achievement). I also don't smoke or have pets. I am 19 years old, from Munich, Germany, and moving to Delft to start my bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. I am the oldest of four siblings and used to doing my share around the house, such as cooking once a week for my family, doing laundry and helping to clean. I enjoy playing games with them and the fact that I am not often home alone. In year 11 I organised half a year abroad in New Zealand for myself, where I lived with a host family. I am therefore used to settling into a new environment and to living in and respecting someone else's home. Hobby-wise, I love outdoor sports such as mountain biking and kitesurfing. I love playing spikeball, volleyball and football with friends, as well as cooking together, having board game nights and dancing at parties. In Delft I am very excited to meet new people and to study something that really interests me, since I have always loved doing small engineering projects, especially ones related to aerospace.
