For the past 8 months, I’ve been working as a Bioinformatician at Single Cell Discoveries in Utrecht, and I’ve recently renewed my contract for another year. Because of that, I’m now looking for a new place closer to work. I’m looking for a Studio or a Room in a shared space, preferably long term, ideally with a rental contract and the possibility to register at the address. I’m open to both furnished and unfurnished rooms, as long as the basic appliances like a fridge and oven are available. As a tenant, I’m reliable, organized, and respectful. I always pay rent on time, keep shared spaces clean, and follow house rules. I don’t smoke, have pets, or host parties. During the week, I usually work at the office, sometimes from home two days per week depending on my schedule. I will be in Amsterdam for a research program at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) for my Master’s Degree. My program runs from February 1st until the end of May 2026. I can assure you I am financially responsible and all payments, including rent and utility bills, will always be on time. I am a quiet, responsible, and clean person, so you won't have to worry about cleaning or housekeeping, as I’m already used to managing my home space. For instance, when I cook, I always clean up immediately afterwards, so the kitchen is always clean and ready for the next person. During the week, I expect to spend most of my time studying in the library. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching good films (always with headphones), doing Pilates and most of all exploring the city, especially markets, museums, and cozy cafés!
