Hi! I am an Irish surgeon moving to Leiden for an exciting opportunity to train in the Transplant Surgery Department in LUMC.

Mijn naam is Liv (21) en ik studeer Advertising & Beyond aan de Willem de Kooning Academie. Ik hou van fotografie, graphic design en theater. Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. Rhiannon komt oorspronkelijk uit Ierland en woont inmiddels al een jaar zelfstandig in Rotterdam. We zijn netjes, georganiseerd en hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

Hello, I am Elsa!! I am a 20 year old first year fine arts student at the royal academy of art in the Hague. I grew up in the south-west of England, with a Dutch mother and a Welsh father and lots of siblings. I spend the majority of my time painting in the studio at school, but in my free time I really enjoy going on long walks in the forest or along the dunes and the occasional seaswim!! I am currently living in a DUWO student house and lived in a flat before that with roommates so I have experience sharing a space with others, and respecting boundaries.
