Ik ben Silas, 23 jaar oud en woon nu in de buurt van Haarlem. In februari start ik met de pre-master Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences aan de TuDelft. Het lijkt mij heel leuk om mijn studententijd af te sluiten in een studentenhuis en daarnaast lekker dicht bij de uni te wonen. Ik hou van gezelligheid en zeker ook van ‘s avonds een spelletje doen. Verder hou ik van zeilen en ben leiding bij een waterscouting waar ik ook zeillessen geef. Daarnaast beoefen ik jiu jitsu maar vind een avondje Netflix ook fijn.

Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
