Hey hey, I am about to start my Master’s in Molecular Medicine at EUR and am therefore looking for a place to live in Rotterdam, that maybe is even near the medicine campus (fingers crossed). Currently, I live in student housing in Dresden, Germany, with three flatmates. We get along very well, even with few formal rules, as we naturally clean up after one another. Would be great to find flatemates like this as well as have a nice kitchen to cook. Since I eespecially enjoy cooking evenings with my flatmates, even if they are not as frequent anymore due to our busy schedules. Apart from writing my Bachelor’s thesis, I spend my time playing field hockey, trying out new sports such as canoe polo, taking language classes (for example Japanese), and going out with friends. When I am not busy, I really appreciate having a place where I can relax watch a movie or read a bit. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house.
