In September I'm moving to The Hague to start a one-year master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, and I'm looking for a room I can settle into for the whole duration of my studies, not just somewhere to sleep between lectures. The thing I care about most in a shared home is trust, simply being someone you can rely on, whatever kind of day it's been. I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in. It really depends on the mood, I read the room and fit in. I like a home that actually works, where the kitchen gets used, where I do my share without being asked, and where I'll fix a small thing rather than let it sit. I'm tidy, low-drama, and I've never minded picking up a little slack for people I live with. Alongside my studies I intend to work as well, so my days are structured and my rhythm fits a working household. Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
