Nieuwe stad, nieuwe studie, nieuwe mensen — daar heb ik zin in! Ik ben Floris, 17 (in augustus 18), uit Liempde (NB) en ik start deze zomer met Geschiedenis aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Ik ben nieuwsgierig en geïnteresseerd in hoe dingen zijn ontstaan en waarom de wereld eruitziet zoals hij nu is. Naast studeren ben ik graag actief bezig. Ik hockey fanatiek, speel gitaar en wil in Utrecht gaan roeien en het studentenleven ontdekken. In huis ben ik sociaal, open en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik vind het leuk om met huisgenoten om te gaan, maar ben ook prima zelfstandig en houd het netjes. Hey, Ik ben Anna, 23 jaar oud, en ik wel sinds vorig November fulltime in marketing en communicatie bij een patente bedrijf in Den Haag. Ik profiteer ook van de 30%-regeling voor expats, waardoor ik een hoger besteedbaar inkomen heb en stabiliteit kan bieden met deze huurwoning. Mijn arbeidscontract loopt tot en met 15 april 2029, daarna ga ik naar het buitenland verhuis. Ik zorg goed voor mijn woning en laat die graag in betere staat achter dan waarin ik haar aantrof, zoals de padvinders/Girl Scouts zeggen: "laat de wereld mooier achter dan je haar aantrof." Ik zoek een fijne woning die ik tijdens mijn onderzoek in Nederland tijdelijk mijn thuis kan noemen. Ik hoop dat we elkaar ontmoeten in een gesprek kunnen gaan en tot een prettige overeenkomst kunnen komen. Ik ben al ingeschreven en beschik over een BSN, en ik heb een Nederlandse betalen, en nog geen spaargeld op mijn Italiaanse spaarrekening. Mijn Nederlands is beperkt, maar ik geef graag aanvullende informatie als dat gewenst is.
