I'm looking for a long-term home for at least 2 years. I'm always able to pay rent on time, I have significant savings, and receive a monthly guaranteed EU income that covers the majority of the rent. I'm tidy and low-maintenance, easy to live with, and respect others' privacy. I have previously completed my Bachelor’s in Maastricht and am therefore familiar with Dutch culture. I like to stay home and am not too outgoing, rather, I enjoy a variety of physical activities such as running, tennis, and the gym.

Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2400€ monthly and €30k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are put off by temporary contracts, but I can assure you that my position is 100% firm and there is no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions and open up new opportunities.
