We zouden betrouwbare huurders zijn omdat we de ruimte altijd schoonhouden, anderen niet storen, betrouwbare inkomstenbronnen hebben en altijd goed bereikbaar zijn. Bij de Social Hub ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de keuken op mijn verdieping die door 9 huurders wordt gedeeld, zonder klachten tijdens mijn verblijf.
