Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de marketing/sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak. Deze moet ik wel kwijt kunnen in de omgeving. Een stukje lopen vind ik niet erg. Ik zou het fijn vinden om kennis te maken en hoop dat we voor 1 juli tot een goede overeenkomst kunnen komen. Hello! I'm Rúben and I am from Portugal. I'm a pianist and a newcomer to Maastricht. My musical interests vary a lot but I have a particular deep passion for both contemporary music and video game soundtracks. I am part of a quite active quartet and so most of the time I am busy scheduling concerts and rehearsals for us. My hobbies are quite minimal: reading, writing a bit, and playing on the Switch. At least twice a week I also like to go out running, truly only so I can say I do some sport. Now about behaviour, although I am quite social I am a very quiet person, this means that I will always try to the little noise with others around (however, just to be clear, if left alone, I may just leave music a bit loud...). I also like to schedule my time on the kitchen, I usually cook for the next two to three days so I'll be taking at least 1h30/2h of the kitchen's at least twice or thrice a week. Ik ben Bram, 23 jaar oud en woon in Utrecht. Ik heb daar ook gestudeerd, en werk nu bij Essent als software developer. Al een aantal jaar huur ik een studentenkamer, en ik zoek nu een wat grotere ruimte. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren.
