Hallo! Mijn naam is Valentine, ik ben promovendus aan de Rijksuniversiteit. Mijn onderzoek richt zich op spraakritme, meer specifiek op hoe spraakritme verschilt van algemeen lichaamsritme. Ik woon momenteel in een studentenkamer in Helpman. Die kamer ik na het afronden van mijn masteropleiding heb behouden. Nu ik werk bij de universiteit, ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woning om die volgende stap in mijn leven te begeleiden. Ik werk in het centrum, dus mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar een woning dicht bij het centrum -- maar niet in de binnenstad, omdat ik dat te druk vind om te ontspannen na het werk. Ik ben een respectvolle en betrouwbare huurder. Ik ben erg toegewijd aan mijn onderzoek en werk lange dagen in het lab, dus ik waardeer een stille en schone omgeving. In mijn vrije tijd loop ik graag door de stad om mijn hoofd leeg te maken. Ik breng ook graag tijd door met vrienden, maar dat doe ik liever buitenshuis. Ik rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. Ik heb jarenlang op mezelf gewoond voordat ik mijn huidige woning betrok. Ik ben erg gewend om een woning netjes en opgeruimd te houden. Ik betaal de huur en de borg zelf, ik wil graag een bewijs van op tijd uitgevoerde betalingen overleggen indien nodig. Ik kan ook een financiële verklaring van mijn ouders overleggen, als u dat wenst. Laat het me weten als u meer informatie van mij nodig heeft.
