Naast therapie geef ik Ashtanga yogalessen en voedingsadvies naar Ayurvedische principes. Ik vind namelijk dat oude wijsheden heel waardevol voor een modern leven kunnen zijn! Ik heb dus een vrij rustige levensstijl. Een mooie dag betekent voor mij 's ochtends yoga te doen, daarna thuis genieten van een kopje koffie, en de dag over met vrienden naar de natuur of de markt gaan. Ik zoek een studio maar ben ook open voor in een woongroep te wonen. Ik vind het belangrijk mijn eigen privacy te hebben om op een volle dag mijn batterijen te laden. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het fijn om gemeenschappelijk wonen, samen te koken, en een thuis met anderen te kunnen creëren. Ik ben proactief en breng mezelf graag in de gemeenschap in, bijvoorbeeld door (Ayurvedisch) te koken! Het zorgen voor mijn thuis is essentieel voor mij, want in een gelukkige omgeving leeft een gelukkige geest. :) —- English —- Hey! I look for a studio, but am very open to a shared living as well. I have had good experiences living with flatmates. I find it important to have my own privacy in order to recharge my batteries after a full day. At the same time, I like to live together, cook together, and create a home with others. For example by cooking (Ayurvedic) for the flatmates! ;) Taking care of my home is essential to me, because in a happy environment lives a happy mind. :)
