Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Lyly was my longest-term housemate, as we lived together for almost nine years, and she and Irma, one of my first housemates, became very close friends and eventually like sisters to me. Over the years, I've also shared the home with my close friend Adri for a while, which was a good reminder that living with a friend is not quite the same as just hanging out with one. I've also lived with Marina, with whom I had a friendly and respectful relationship as housemates, and later with Lyly's partner Edu, who became a very close friend through living together. So I've experienced quite different kinds of shared living, with people I was already close to as well as people I got to know through sharing a home, and I'm comfortable adapting to different personalities and dynamics. Outside work I enjoy history, nature, travelling, reading and trying new things, especially sports.
