Hi! I’m Sofia, 27, and I’m moving to the Netherlands to start my studies at Tilburg University in September 2026. I’m hoping to find a calm, comfortable place where I can settle in and feel at home before classes begin. I currently rent a home in Greece and I’m respectful with the places I live in, so I can also provide a landlord reference if needed. As a tenant or housemate, I’m quiet, tidy (Mediterranean genes, cleaning the kitchen comes naturally), and considerate. I’m not much of a party person but I do appreciate a good conversation, a better joke, a glass of wine, and a home that feels warm. I value privacy, cleanliness, and most importantly clear communication with the people I live with or the landlord welcoming me into their property. I am fluent in English and Greek and I plan to start learning Dutch as soon as I settle. If possible, I would love to bring my adult indoor cat with me. She is fully vaccinated, sterilized, and well cared for. She’s calm, used to living indoors and mostly sleeping. I understand that pets are not possible in every home, so I’m open to discussing options. Since I will be living in the Netherlands for my studies, I would need to be able to register at the address. I can provide proof of admission, identification, a landlord reference, and guarantor/support information if required.

Hai hai, ik ben Eline en ben 19 jaar en ga na de zomer weer studeren en zoek een nieuwe kamer! Vorig jaar was ik begonnen met de studie Aardwetenschappen maar dat bleek helaas niet mijn match te zijn. Nu ga ik opnieuw in Utrecht studeren, dit keer Liberal Arts and Sciences (een hele mond vol)! Super leuk, alleen heb ik nog geen kamer :) Toen ik vorig jaar nog studeerde woonde ik ook al in Utrecht maar ik ben daarna terug naar huis verhuisd om de kosten te drukken. In mijn vrije tijd reis ik graag in mijn eentje de wereld af, kitesurf en roei ik. En bak ik hier en daar een lekker gebakje.
