My name is Esther Lainez, I am 24 years old and from Spain, and I have been living in the Netherlands for four years. After finishing my bachelor in International Relations in Groningen, I am moving to The Hague to do the master’s degree The Politics of Artificial Intelligence in the University of Leiden, starting in September 2026. I am a clean and calm person who enjoys running, reading, creative activities, and being socially and academically active, for instance, I just finished a board year in my study association. I speak English, Spanish and Italian fluently, and I have a B1 level in Dutch, being able to have basic conversations. I have been studying Dutch for several years, and I am used to conducting most communication with my landlord in Dutch. Lastly, I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets.
