Throughout my 3 years living there, I have never had any issues or disagreements with my landlord or the neighbours. Being an active member of the university football team at Leiden University, I like to spend most of my time, besides studying and working as an online tutor, outdoors. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Hoi allemaal, ik ben Julia en word binnenkort 23 jaar. Vanaf september ga ik de masteropleiding Redacteur/Editor aan de UvA volgen. Daarom zoek ik een fijne kamer of studio vanaf de zomer. Ik ben Nederlands en kom uit Hoorn, maar ben in Duitsland in de buurt van München tweetalig opgegroeid. Ik ben netjes en rustig, maar ook sociaal en ondernemend.
