A little about us: I am a mature international student from the United States, currently completing my undergraduate degree in the UK, and I will be moving to Groningen to begin a Master's degree in the fall of 2026. Robin is from Norway and will be moving with me to Groningen to work full-time. This means our household will have stable, full-time employment income throughout our stay, and we are happy to provide employment documentation, pay slips, or any other financial verification a landlord may require. We are a quiet, respectful, and tidy couple with no pets or smokers. We have a clean and unbroken history of paying rent on time, and we take genuine pride in looking after the spaces we live in. As someone who has lived away from home throughout my undergraduate studies and has pet-sat for families internationally, I am well accustomed to managing a household independently and responsibly. We intend to stay for the full duration of my Master's program (one year), and are committed to being communicative, straightforward tenants. We are happy to register with the municipality (inschrijven bij de gemeente), and can provide references from previous landlords upon request.
