First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. K zoek zelf naar een kamer in Enschede die minstens 16 m^2 is en het liefst max €400 de maand is, en het liefst iets van een gemengd huis omdat ik de diversiteit die dat brengt leuk vindt, en nogal van een praatje houdt.

Hii! Wat leuk dat u studentenkamers aanbiedt in Utrecht! Een fijne kamer in Utrecht (of omstreeks) zou echt perfect zijn voor mij, dus ik stel mezelf graag even voor!
