I'm Joe, 21, and I run a web design and marketing agency in Amsterdam. I graduated from the VU this July with a BSc in Artificial Intelligence. I started my agency during my degree and now run it full time, registered with the KvK under number 97994723. I work from home most days, so a quiet place matters to me. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.

Ik ben geboren in Alkmaar en opgegroeid in Bergen. 2,5 jaar geleden verhuisde ik terug naar Alkmaar en inmiddels heb ik mijn hart aan de stad verloren. Ik hou van de combinatie van de stad en de natuur: een wandeling door de duinen, even naar het strand, over de markt struinen of een speciaalbiertje drinken bij De Boom. Doordeweeks werk ik in de marketing bij een bakkerschool in Zaandam. In mijn vrije tijd wandel, kook en teken ik graag. Om meer betrokken te zijn bij de stad werk ik sinds 2 jaar als vrijwilliger mee aan het magazine van de 8 October Vereniging. Ik ben rustig, netjes en vind het belangrijk om goed voor mijn woonplek te zorgen. Helaas moet ik mijn huidige woning vanwege de gemeente verlaten, waardoor ik nu op zoek ben naar een nieuwe plek in Alkmaar. Een aanbeveling van mijn huidige verhuurder kan ik uiteraard geven.

Hello! I'm Georgia, I'm 22 and will be moving to complete a year at VU, arriving on 31st August. Alongside uni I plan on working part time, I do already have a job lined up for once I am settled and so registration will be necessary for my search! I currently study at the University of Manchester, I love cooking, travelling, music and anything creative! I am hoping to find a room in a house with people who are fun and easy-going, I love making friends and socialising, but I also love being independent so a balance would be amazing- Although the search seems difficult at the moment, so if I'm being honest I am not fussy at all- please let me live in your house !! I'm looking for somewhere from September 2026 to June/ July 2027 ideally with a budget of around 900eur per month (with bills), and do not mind living a bit further out of the city. Ik ben een rustig, sportief en verantwoordelijk persoon. Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en ben op zoek naar een fijne en stabiele woonplek voor langere tijd. Ik ben per direct beschikbaar.  Ik, Alice (23 jaar), ben met mijn partner, Martin (21 jaar) op zoek naar een leuk appartement om samen te gaan wonen in Groningen. Martin is bezig met de academische opleiding leraar basisonderewijs en zelf studeer ik Engelse taal en cultuur aan de RUG. Daarnaast zijn we momenteel allebei werkzaam als winkelmedewerker. Ik ben iemand met meer hobby's op een scherm dan in de wildernis. Lezen, schrijven, en games programmeren en/of spelen zie je me veel sneller doen dan uitgaan en feesten. Ik hou ontzettend veel van dieren (nog veel meer als ze niet meer dan vier poten hebben) en ik hoop een goeie, vriendelijke relatie te hebben met wie ik samenwoon.
