I have a valid residence permit, a network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, and am currently staying in Huizen. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Bussum and LOVE Baarn. I have excellent references, rental history, and would be delighted to be the dream tenant you hope for, far beyond just the standard financial responsibility. I care for my space, have a green thumb, and love people, adore animals, art, golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too!
