Ik ben werkzaam als bedrijfsleider en heb een stabiel inkomen. Ik ben een betrouwbare en rustige huurder. Door mijn werk ben ik veel van huis. Ik drink niet, heb geen huisdieren en vind het belangrijk om mijn woning netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd te houden. Ik ben van nature gestructureerd, netjes en verantwoordelijk en ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonomgeving. Ik zoek vooral een studio waar ik na een drukke werkdag tot rust kan komen en waar ik mij voor langere tijd thuis kan voelen.
