Starting a Masters in Aerospace Engineering this September and looking for a place to stay

Hi there! My name is Alice and I study English at the UU. I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies and biking with friends. I also love nature and listening to music. I have experience living with others and would love to find a room or studio to stay in and decorate. :)

Mijn naam is Timo en ik ben sinds kort weer op zoek naar een eigen kamer. Na een tijd gewoond te hebben in Leeuwarden voor een studie ben ik gestopt en weer terug verhuist naar Vlaardingen. Hier heb ik nu naast mijn vrijwilligerswerk bij twee jeugdorganisaties een vaste baan gevonden bij Scouting BSO Vlaardingen en doe ik een BBL studie. Doordat mijn ouders nu beide ver weg zijn verhuisd en ik nu tijdelijk ergens woon is het belangrijk dat ik mijn eigen plekje zoek. Ik ben een nette huurder, sociaal ingesteld en over het algemeen gewoon gezellig. dus met huisgenoten samen wonen is voor mij geen probleem. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

Hoi! Ik ben Matthijs en ik ben 19 jaar oud. Aankomend studiejaar ga ik beginnen aan de bachelor sociologie in Nijmegen. Ik ben veel op de hockeyclub te vinden. Zo speel ik zelf 2 keer in de week en geef ik training aan de kleintjes onder 10 jaar. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het heel erg leuk om te koken. Voor vrienden, familie, maar ook om mezelf te verwennen (vooral met de risotto, dat is toch wel mijn favoriet). Verder vind ik het erg gezellig om regelmatig een spelletjesavond te houden en ben ik ook altijd in voor een wandelingetje. Ik zoek een gezellig, maar ook rustig studentenhuis waarin er veel contact is tussen de huisgenoten. Denk aan samen avondeten of spelletjesavonden houden. Wel zou het fijn zijn als het huis een vrijblijvend karakter heeft. Groetjes!

Letter of scholarship, salary certificate and proof of savings can be provided. I am moslem with no pets and will clean up the place regularly and properly.
