Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Hallo, mijn naam is Jonas! Op dit moment ben ik een Technische Natuurkunde bachelor student in mijn afstudeerfase. Ik ben van plan om komend studiejaar middels een 1-jarig schakelprogramma de master Biomedical Engineering aan de TU Twente te gaan volgen. Ik ben een gezellige, relaxte jongen die altijd wel te porren is voor wat gezelligheid. Of dit nou uitgaan, een film kijken of een kaart/bord spel is. In mijn vrije tijd (voor zover ik dat heb) lees, game en spreek ik graag met vrienden af. Op dit moment doe ik aan zelfverdediging (Krav Maga) en boulder ik af en toe. Ik heb ook ruim 10 jaar lang hockey gespeeld en het lijkt me leuk om dit weer opnieuw op te pakken in Enschede. Verder heb ik ook nog enige tijd aan fotografie gedaan en hoop ik hier binnenkort weer tijd en inspiratie (en een werkende camera...) voor te vinden. Een extra verkooppuntje van mijzelf is dat ik al ruim 3 jaar in een restaurant werk, zowel in de afwas als de keuken. Zowel schoonmaken als koken zijn dus dingen die ik zo langzamerhand wel door heb. Dingen een beetje schoon en netjes houden zit er bij mij dus wel goed in. Verder vind ik het ook leuk om nieuwe gerechten en recepten te leren.
