Hi everyone! I’m Nils, 24, and about to start my Master’s degree (Modern and Contemporary History) in Utrecht after wrapping up my Bachelor’s in Political Science and History. I’ve spent the last 10 years working in gastronomy as a bartender and waiter – first in my father's restaurant back in Nuremberg and later while studying in Mainz. It keeps me on my toes, makes me easy to talk to, and taught me how to actually keep things clean without being weird about it. Having lived in WGs for the past 4 years, I know how shared flats work: I completely respect personal space, but I’m always down for cooking together, grabbing a cold beer, or having a good chat in the kitchen (I also love cooking for people while trying out new recipes). When I’m not studying or working, I’m usually into photography, music, and politics. I’ve been more or less active in grassroots politics for years, through which I’ve met incredible people and gained new perspectives, keeping me pretty open-minded and engaged with what’s going on around me. Hallo! Wij zijn een rustig en betrouwbaar stel dat na vier jaar wonen en werken in Japan terugkeert naar Nederland. We zoeken een nette woning (vast of tijdelijk) waar we ons snel thuis kunnen voelen. Ik werk remote als programmeur voor mijn huidige werkgever, en mijn vrouw start binnenkort haar eigen bedrijf met het maken van Japanse lunchboxes. Onze inkomsten zijn stabiel en we hebben voldoende spaargeld om de komende maanden te overbruggen. Indien gewenst kunnen we 6–12 maanden huur vooruit betalen. In onze vrije tijd sporten we graag, gaan we de natuur in, luisteren we veel muziek en zijn we recent gestart met danslessen.
