Hi future roommates or landlord! 👋 Looking for a room or apartment starting in September as I'm relocating for work with a permanent contract (budget up to €1,600/month max). Ideally, I'm looking for places around Zuidoost, Diemen, or nearby areas with good connections, but I'm fairly flexible. Available for either long-term or short-term rentals. A bit about me: I’m Sarah, 30 years old, and moving from Germany to start a new job as a scientist in Amsterdam, having recently finished my PhD in molecular biology. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing sports, cooking, traveling, or hanging out with friends. For the past 10 years, I’ve lived in shared flats where my flatmates often became best friends. I’m clean, reliable, and active, and I really enjoy catching up over dinner or a tea in the evening, having a shared breakfast, or doing something fun on the weekend. At the same time, I fully respect everyone's personal space and downtime. I can easily come over to Amsterdam for viewings at short notice (or jump on a quick video call). Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
