Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. Mijn eerste 3,5 jaar woonde ik via Kamernet in een studio op het Utrecht Science Park. Daarna heb ik 2 jaar een appartement gehuurd met een huurcontract voor bepaalde tijd.
