I will start my PhD in Utrecht so I am looking for a room/studio :) I am clean, responsible, and trustworthy, an ideal tenant if you're looking for someone who will take good care of your property. If we were to be housemates I am happy to have some dinners together, arrange some fun activity or just hang out when we feel like it but aslo respect each others space when not! I am fortunate to have a stable income and to count with my parents as guarantors, which ensures reliability in rent payments.

My name is Andreas, :)) 23, from southern Germany. In September I'm moving to The Hague to start a one-year master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, and I'm looking for a room I can settle into for the whole duration of my studies, not just somewhere to sleep between lectures. The thing I care about most in a shared home is trust, simply being someone you can rely on, whatever kind of day it's been. I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in. It really depends on the mood, I read the room and fit in. I like a home that actually works, where the kitchen gets used, where I do my share without being asked, and where I'll fix a small thing rather than let it sit. I'm tidy, low-drama, and I've never minded picking up a little slack for people I live with. Alongside my studies I intend to work as well, so my days are structured and my rhythm fits a working household. Ik heet Sylke en ben 20 jaar oud. Op dit moment zit ik in het tweede jaar van de bachelor elektrotechniek, maar vanaf volgend jaar ga ik er ook natuur- en sterrenkunde in Leiden naast doen.
