Mijn naam is Lara, ik ben 20 jaar (21 in maart) en ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in (de omgeving van) Utrecht voor een periode van 6 maanden, van februari tot en met juli. In deze periode loop ik stage bij MediaLane. Omdat ik momenteel in Helmond woon, is het reizen met het OV wat ver, waardoor ik graag tijdelijk in of rond Utrecht wil wonen. Afgelopen halfjaar heb ik de minor Cross-border Journalism gevolgd aan de HU, dus ik ben al bekend met de stad. Ik studeer Creative Business in Breda, met een focus op TV en Film. Daarnaast werk ik als CareGiver, waarbij ik oudere mensen ondersteun in het dagelijks leven — van een goed gesprek en een kopje koffie tot koken of schoonmaken. In mijn vrije tijd hockey ik twee keer per week, spreek ik graag af met vrienden en geniet ik van gezellige avonden: soms op stap, maar net zo vaak met een wijntje op de bank, filmpjes kijken of spelletjes doen. Ik ben sociaal, zelfstandig en ga netjes om met mijn woonruimte. Mocht je iets weten of een kamer beschikbaar hebben, dan hoor ik het heel graag!

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space is a goal of mine and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

Mijn naam is Lieke, ik ben 18 jaar oud en woon mijn hele leven al in Terherne, een dorpje in Friesland! Vorig jaar heb ik mijn VWO diploma behaald en nu heb ik een tussenjaar. In dit tussenjaar heb ik vrijwilligerswerk gedaan bij een natuurproject in Zuid-Afrika! Momenteel heb ik twee bijbaantjes. Ik werk in de bediening en als keukenhulp bij een pannenkoekenboerderij in mijn dorp. Daarnaast werk ik ook in de schoonmaak bij een Yacht charter, waar ik de binnenkant van de verhuur jachten verzorg. In mijn vrije tijd fotografeer ik, spreek ik met vriendinnen af en wandel ik graag. Dit jaar ben ik van plan om Bos- en Natuurbeheer te studeren aan VHL in Velp. Omdat ik zo ver weg woon, is het van deur tot deur meer dan 3 uur met het openbaar vervoer. Een kamer in Velp of Arnhem is dus essentieel voor mij. Ik ben een rustig maar ook sociaal persoon die rekening houdt met medebewoners!
