Hi! I’m Ellie, a Master’s student in Political Science at VU Amsterdam. I am originally from the U.S., but I’ve lived in the Netherlands for over a year now! I would describe myself as friendly and adventurous because I love meeting new people and making new memories! I love to read, travel, and go to festivals/concerts. I am looking for an apartment or room to call home during, and potentially after my studies. I hope to find a place in Amsterdam that feels inviting! I’m drawn to a home that has the right balance of practicality and comfort. As a tenant, I am organized, reliable, and considerate. I understand the importance of treating an apartment with care and respect. I take pride in keeping my living space clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I’m not the type of person to create disturbances, for my home is primarily a place to relax, study, and work. My gross monthly income is approximately € 3,000. I work a part time job and I get funding for my living expenses during my studies. I am happy to provide my employment contract and proof of my funding upon request.

I'm 24 years old and I'm a jazz musician, and this year I'll be studying at Codarts on an Erasmus program ☺️ To give a little context about who I am and where I come from: I'm from Spain and I've been a musician for more than ten years. Throughout my life, I've learned to play a few instruments (saxophone, piano, flute, bass, etc.), but my favorite is definitely the saxophone. I'm currently studying in Valencia, but I'm from a nearby city called Castellón (small and pretty), where you can be at the beach in 20 minutes by bike and where it seems like it's almost always spring.
