I'm a male student from Málaga (Spain). I'll be 21 in October. I have got an Erasmus this year in Codarts Rotterdam so I'm looking for a place to stay. I'm going to do there the third year of my career. This will be the third year I share house with other people since I'm not studying in my home town. I need a home from 1/09/2026 to 30/06/2027. Now I live with my parents and they pay my rent when I'm studying outside my home. I'm so clean, responsable and easy-going.

Mijn naam is Eneas Lang, ik ben 20 jaar en start op 1 september met de opleiding Mechatronica aan Fontys in Eindhoven. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Eindhoven. Ik ben een rustige en sociale student en hou van technologie en natuur. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (fitness en hardlopen), maak ik wandelingen en lees ik. Daarnaast kook ik graag en vind ik het leuk om films te kijken of muziek te luisteren. Ik woon inmiddels een jaar zelfstandig in een studio in Heerlen, dus ik ben gewend om mijn eigen huishouden te regelen. Ik kom uit een gezin met vier kinderen, waardoor meehelpen in het huishouden er bij ons van jongs af aan vanzelfsprekend bij hoorde. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang en vind het gezellig om af en toe samen iets te doen, maar ik vind het ook belangrijk om serieus met mijn studie bezig te zijn. Vorig jaar heb ik Applied Science gestudeerd, maar ik kwam erachter dat Mechatronica veel beter bij mij past. Ik rook niet en vind het belangrijk om in een schoon en prettig huis te wonen. Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag.
