My name is Anja I am 18 years old and I currently live in North Macedonia, however I am also half Slovenian (thus I have an EU passport). I recently got accepted into Leiden University for a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and am in need of a place to live. I am a very extroverted person so I would not mind living with roommates! On the other hand, I am also extremely independent as I would often be home alone due to my parents travelling quite a lot. I also have two older brothers, now one is in London and the other is in Slovenia, Ljubljana, thus adding to the fact that I know what it's like to live with other people and how to maneuver in such an environment. Some of my hobbies include photography meaning I always have my camera on me and love taking pictures with and of my friends, as well as the places we explore. I also used to practice volleyball as I was part of a volleyball club and played for my city league for 6 years until 2020 when I stopped because of COVID. I continued in 2022 to play for my high school with finally winning 1st place, as well as getting an MVP award, in my 4th and final year, as can be seen in the pictures. I also went to an international high school, where I did the IB program which academically prepared me for university. I will listen to whatever rules would be set for the room or apartment, as I am not the type to rebel. I will also most definitely keep clean and stay organized throughout my stay there. IMPORTANT NOTE: As I am an international student, I can only accept fully legal contracts which I can use to be registered to the city I am living in. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Heey, Ik zal mezelf eventjes kort voorstellen: ik ben Lonneke, student Molecular Life Sciences aan de Radboud Universiteit. Ik woon op dit moment nog in Brakkenstein, maar vanwege onderhuur moet ik dat helaas binnenkort verlaten. Dus hopelijk bevindt ik mezelf binnenkort bij jullie : D. Het leven op kamers bevalt me namelijk zeker, ik vind het leuk om steeds nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten, maar ik heb dus ook al een beetje m’n eigen plekje in Nijmegen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een gezellig huis, die het ook wel leuk vindt om gewoon te chillen met elkaar en af en toe samen te koken als het kan! Ik ben een enthousiaste en sociale meid, die een passie heeft voor muziek (zowel het luisteren naar als het spelen van) ik bezoek dan ook regelmatig een concert. Ik sport graag en ben altijd in voor een avontuur of side quest :)) Ik vind het leuk om te kletsen en socialiseren met mensen!
