Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren. Ik ben Philine en ik ben 19 jaar (in oktober word ik 20). Ik woon woon in de buurt van Rotterdam. Komend studiejaar begin ik aan de studie Notarieel recht. Ik vind het leuk om regelmatig te koken en bakken, zoals lekkere pasta’s of kardemom buns. Daarnaast vind ik het ook leuk om thuis koffie’s te maken, maar ergens in de stad een koffie halen vind ik ook hartstikke leuk.
