Hello! We are a working couple, Lily (26) (f) and Kirill (32) (m), from Ireland looking for a place to register for at least 1 year. We have a combined income of €4000 - €4500 and savings of €6000. We are both non-smokers and don't have any pets. We are friendly and respectful as roommates, having no issues with communication or keeping a space tidy. We are more than happy to send proof of income and savings as well as a reference from a previous landlord.
