I am currently looking for a room in Groningen from mid-August onwards, preferably in a welcoming house or shared apartment. I would describe myself as an open-minded, reliable and organized person. I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking together or doing spontaneous activities, but I also appreciate having my own space and a calm home environment. In my free time, I like staying active, especially running. I also enjoy reading and being outdoors. For the past 3 years I've lived in Amsterdam in student accommodation provided by the UvA while completing my Bachelor's, and I'm now looking for a well-located, longer-term apartment in Leiden for the duration of my Master's. I'd be moving in together with my partner, Vicentiu, who is 24 and works full-time as a freelance video editor. Rent will be covered by my parents, who have supported me throughout my 3 years in Amsterdam and will continue to do so during my time in Leiden. I can provide any proof of income if needed. About me, when I'm not studying (which is most of my time at home), I enjoy running, yoga, and relaxing with a good book. As a couple we take pride in keeping our home tidy and being considerate toward our neighbors when it comes to noise and shared spaces. Neither of us smokes, and we have no pets. So far I've had a great experience with my tenancy in Amsterdam, where I learned a lot about the Dutch lifestyle. Although I must say, I do find Leiden more charming...
