Ideally, I am looking to rent from the start of September to the end of December, with flexibility for the first week of January if possible. I will be working full-time at the studio, meaning I won't be working from home and will mostly be around in the evenings and on weekends to relax. I am naturally calm, highly organized, and very tidy. I know how to live well with others, deeply respecting everyone's space, personal boundaries, and shared cleaning routines.
