Hi! Mi name is María and I'm a spanish 20 year old female student. I'll be moving to Utrecht in order to pursue a bachelors degree in Literary Studies at UU this September. I'm very clean, tidy, quiet and easy-going. I've been living abroad for two years now, so I know a thing or two about taking care of other people's places and being responsible of my own space. I'd be open to renting out a place for three full years if the tenants prefeer it that way, but shorter stays could also work for me! Beste, Ik ben Sebastiaan 23 jaar en bezig met de master Mechanical Engineering aan de TU Delft en bezig met de pre-master Econometrie aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Ik ben opgegroeid en woon op dit moment in Amsterdam waar ik ook de Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering heb gedaan aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. .

Ik ben een afgestudeerde jonge man van 29 jaar oud. Ik zoek woonruimte in of rond Hilversum wegens mijn werk. Nu nog is het bedrijf waar ik werk in Nijkerk gevestigd maar dit jaar gaat het verhuizen naar Hilversum. Idealiter zou ik medio mei/ juni 2026 meeverhuizen naar Hilversum of omgeving. Baarn , Bussum .. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Alkmaar, ben in Utrecht gaan studeren en na mijn studiejaren gaan werken voor een opleidingsbedrijf. Heel graag zou ik een zelfstandige woonruimte vinden met eigen entree. Ik ben single, heb vrienden voor het sociale leven maar geen drukke of luidruchtige hobby’s. Ik ga naar de kerk, wandel graag en bezoek nu en dan een goed concert. Aan mij zult u een betrouwbare huurder hebben voor de een langere tijd.

Ik werk als freelancer en ben actief als docent en muzikant, met contracten voor concerten, lesgeven op een muziekschool en het schrijven van muzikale arrangementen voor orkesten.
