Regarding my personal arrangements, I co-parent a 2-year-old daughter, but to maintain her routine, I visit her exclusively at her mother’s home; as such, she will not be visiting or staying at this property. I consider myself a 'ghost' tenant: I am exceptionally quiet, diligent about cleanliness, and value my solitude. Financially, I am employed and have significant savings to cover my rent and expenses, and I can provide excellent references upon request. I am looking for a respectful, calm living space that aligns with my focused lifestyle.
