Mijn naam is Gitte, ik ben 22 jaar oud en studeer momenteel al vier jaar in Nijmegen, waar ik een kamer huur. Binnenkort verhuis ik (voor 1 jaar) naar Den Haag vanwege mijn nieuwe functie op het hoofdkantoor van AIESEC. AIESEC is een internationaal bemiddelingsbureau voor vrijwilligerswerk waarvoor ik een jaar werkzaam zal zijn. Hierna zal ik beginnen aan mijn master. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief bezig, denk aan hockey, padellen of koken, en hecht ik veel waarde aan een prettige en rustige woonomgeving. Ik ben een nette, verantwoordelijke huurder en ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte. Tijdens de vier jaar dat ik in Nijmegen heb gehuurd, heb ik altijd aan mijn verplichtingen voldaan en prettig samengewoond met huisgenoten. En heb altijd erg fijn contact gehad met mijn voormalige huurbazen. Ik beschouw mezelf als een respectvolle en betrouwbare huurder. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte, communiceer duidelijk en neem mijn huurverplichtingen serieus. Ik kom graag langs voor een bezichtiging en verstrek de gewenste aanvullende informatie.

Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
