Ik ben een 22-jarige werkende student die momenteel in Utrecht woont, maar ik ben van plan om naar een rustiger kamer te verhuizen. Wat kun je over mij verwachten? Ik vind het belangrijk om een goede communicatie en respectvolle sfeer in huis te hebben. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van sporten, muziek en kunst, maar heb ik altijd tijd voor een onderneming of activiteit met een huisgenoot. Ik ben graag actief bezig en vind het heerlijk om nieuwe plekken te ontdekken en nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. Wat zoek ik in een nieuwe woonsituatie? Een schone en gezellige kamer, liefst in een huis met een positieve sfeer en vriendelijke huisgenoten. Ik ben flexibel wat betreft de grootte van de kamer en andere voorzieningen, maar een goede locatie en een redelijke prijs zijn voor mij belangrijk. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing.
