Hi I'm David. I come to Delft for my Masters in Strategic Product Design and I hope to find a room with great roommates. :)

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions and open up new opportunities.

Hello, my name is Panay Dhara. I am a student from Luxembourg with a strong interest in music and engineering. I play the drums and am involved in several music projects and bands, so I am usually active and social. I will be starting the Bachelor’s programme in Mechanical Engineering at University of Twente. I am looking for a welcoming student house where people enjoy spending time together, cooking, and having a good atmosphere, while also respecting each other’s personal space. I am tidy, enjoy helping around the house, and do not mind doing dishes or helping with small maintenance and odd jobs when needed. Although I am a drummer and very passionate about music, I am respectful of shared spaces and noise levels. Hoi! Ik ben Amy, 18 jaar, en ik heb bijna mijn eerste jaar van de bachelor Wiskunde aan de Radboud Universiteit afgerond. Ik kom zelf uit Apeldoorn, maar na een jaar veel op en neer reizen lijkt het me heel fijn om echt in Nijmegen te wonen en meer mee te krijgen van het studentenleven. Volgend jaar wil ik ook actiever worden bij mijn studievereniging, dus een gezellig huis in Nijmegen lijkt me perfect. In mijn vrije tijd houd van afspreken met vrienden, maar mijn relax-tijd is ook heel belangrijk voor mij, dit spendeer ik vaak door te lezen of films te kijlen. Mensen zouden mij omschrijven als rustig, gezellig en opgeruimd. Ik sta altijd open voor een praatje en ik houd van een filmavondje, spelletjes doen of samen een drankje drinken. Daarnaast ben ik netjes (schoonmaken is voor mij geen probleem, schoon huis = fijn huis), houd ik rekening met anderen en vind ik het belangrijk dat iedereen zich thuis voelt in huis.

Ik ben Menno, 17 (in mei 18) jaar en ga aankomend schooljaar beginnen aan de studie mechanical engineering aan de TU. Ik kom uit Urk en hoop voor de komende studentenjaren in Enschede te kunnen doorbrengen. Ik ben een sociale en actieve gast die niet graag de hele avond alleen op zijn kamer zit. Daar horen natuurlijk ook een aantal hobby's bij. Ik hou van muziek maken en doe dit als slagwerker bij Showband Urk, waar we ook van gezelligheid houden. Ook ben ik bezig met audio- en videotechniek. Dit doe ik als geluidsman voor een kerk, maar ook bij feestjes kan je me vinden om de techniek te regelen. Ook kan een stukje sport niet ontbreken. Ik doe de laatste tijd aan hardlopen maar diverse sporten vind ik leuk om te doen.

I’m Cristina, 25 years old, and I’ve been living in Amsterdamfor a while now. I work full-time in digital marketing as a team lead at an agency, and besides that I also run my own jewelry art studio at Treehouse NDSM. Most of my free time somehow ends up in the studio making jewelry or metal sculptures, which I genuinely love. I’d say I’m a very open-minded, friendly, and easygoing person. I like having a warm and comfortable home atmosphere, where everyone feels relaxed and at ease. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, dinners with friends, jazz music, and all the small cozy things that make a place feel like home. I’m also a very tidy person and I genuinely like cleanliness — to the point where I actually clean when I’m stressed, which I guess is not the worst coping mechanism to have 😅 I’m respectful of shared spaces and pretty mindful of the people I live with. At the moment I’m living with two guys already, so I’m very used to shared living and different personalities around the house. I’m social and happy to chat from time to time, but I also really respect personal space and everyone having their own routine.
