About me: I'm quiet and tidy, I cook a lot, and I keep to a regular routine. I'm not a party person, but I'm always up for a meal or a drink with housemates. I've lived in shared houses before — a year here in Amsterdam and a year in Australia — so I know how to keep a shared kitchen usable. On the practical side: since I'm still job-hunting I don't have a Dutch employment contract yet, but I have enough savings to cover my stay, and I'm happy to pay a higher deposit or several months of rent in advance. Hey iedereen! 👋 Ik ben Ben, een enthousiaste Belg die WB/ME studeert aan de TU Delft (ja, ik koos bewust voor een uitdaging 😅!). Ik ben op dit moment al in Delft te vinden, maar zoek nog een fijne, vaste plek om echt mijn thuis te maken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik sociaal en vind ik het supergezellig om samen te wonen: spontaan samen koken, een biertje drinken, een film kijken of gewoon bijpraten in de keuken, ik ben er zeker voor in! Naast mijn studie ben ik lekker sportief. Ik doe al 12 jaar aan Japanse JuJitsu en zwem/sport momenteel bij DSZ WAVE. Muziek spreekt me ook enorm aan (al staat mijn trompet momenteel stof te happen, dus geen zorgen over geluidsoverlast 😉). Qua huishouden ben ik netjes en opgeruimd; ik hou van een schoon huis en ruim m'n eigen spullen altijd netjes op.
