Voor de huurder betekent dit dat er niet een specifiek persoon komt te wonen, maar wel dat er één contactpersoon is die garant staat voor al onze bezoekers, die overigens allemaal hoog opgeleid zijn, vaak een management functie hebben, veel aan het werk zullen zijn, en met respect om zullen gaan met de ruimte en de buurt.
