First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. At the same time, I think everyone should have their own space and privacy. I've been living independently in Madrid since 2017 and have shared a home with several different people over the years. Lyly was my longest-term housemate, as we lived together for almost nine years, and she and Irma, one of my first housemates, became very close friends and eventually like sisters to me. Over the years, I've also shared the home with my close friend Adri for a while, which was a good reminder that living with a friend is not quite the same as just hanging out with one. I've also lived with Marina, with whom I had a friendly and respectful relationship as housemates, and later with Lyly's partner Edu, who became a very close friend through living together. So I've experienced quite different kinds of shared living, with people I was already close to as well as people I got to know through sharing a home, and I'm comfortable adapting to different personalities and dynamics. Outside work I enjoy history, nature, travelling, reading and trying new things, especially sports. I'm a tidy person (without being obsessed about it) and I like a home where everyone feels comfortable and respects each other.
