Our combined gross monthly income is approximately €5,300. We can provide all necessary documents, including income statements and registration. We do not have children or pets. We are calm, responsible and tidy people, we do not smoke, and we both work a lot. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house.
